Superpowered Green Drink

Spring time is Superpowered Green Juice time! With the amount of work our liver must do daily in 2018 to process toxins in our food and environment, it's critical to work in as many servings of vegetables and fresh herbs as possible to get enough vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and phytochemicals that protect our body from cellular damage and help the liver detoxify! I can't think of a better way to get more antioxidants PLUS microbiome boosting fiber than a blended drink. I'd bet that even if you don't like it right away, you will begin craving it, especially because you will feel so good!

Makes 2-3 servings


(Purchase all organic)

1 bunch parsley 1 bunch of dill and/or mint Handful of spring greens or sprouts 1 medium carrot 2 celery sticks 2 medium Persian cucumbers 1 green apple ( I like Gold Rush from the farmers market) or 1 cup honeydew melon 3 tbsp hemp seeds 2 scoops pasture/grassfed collagen, cricket protein or pure pumpkinseed protein filtered water (10 stage carbon filter is ideal)


  1. Add all ingredients to the blender

  2. Fill with water 3/4 (add less if you like more pulp)

  3. Blend in a high speed blender like a Vitamix or Nutribullet.

  4. Store in a glass jar or stainless steel container and enjoy within 24hrs for optimal freshness and nutrition.


  • You can consume 2x/day in addition to your usual veggies at each meal. This is not a meal replacement, but rather a meal supplement.

  • If you have amalgam metal dental fillings, do not drink this until you have had them safely removed by a biological dentist.

  • If you get headaches from this recipe, try less parsley and more romaine instead of spinach or swiss chard.
