Raw Chocolate Fudge

December 16, 2016

Caution: This recipe is deliciously addictive! I made this last night when I had a chocolate craving, and it was the best idea ever! So easy to do- it only requires 4 ingredients and 4 steps: mixing, setting into molds, refrigerating and enjoying! This an awesome recipe for the holidays.

Prep time:    6-8 min             Refrigeration time:   2=4 hours        Total time:  2 =4 hours

Makes 18-24 servings

1/4 cup Sunflower seed butter (Or macadamia nut butter)

1/4 cup coconut oil

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/2 cup cacao powder (fair trade)

2 tsp vanilla

1. Melt coconut oil

2. Whisk all ingredients in a medium bowl

3. Pour into silicon chocolate molds or spread onto a baking sheet

4. Refrigerate 2-4 hours, or until fudge becomes solid

5. Enjoy mindfully, savoring each delicious bite!

TIP: Use right away if you need a chocolate sauce to top on fruit or spread onto plain homemade muffins or crepes. Make sure to keep refrigerated, otherwise they will become sticky and soft!
