Raw Chocolate Fudge
Caution: This recipe is deliciously addictive! I made this last night when I had a chocolate craving, and it was the best idea ever! So easy to do- it only requires 4 ingredients and 4 steps: mixing, setting into molds, refrigerating and enjoying! This an awesome recipe for the holidays.
RAW CHOCOLATE FUDGE
Prep time: 6-8 min Refrigeration time: 2=4 hours Total time: 2 =4 hours
Makes 18-24 servings
INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup Sunflower seed butter (Or macadamia nut butter)
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup cacao powder (fair trade)
2 tsp vanilla
DIRECTIONS
1. Melt coconut oil
2. Whisk all ingredients in a medium bowl
3. Pour into silicon chocolate molds or spread onto a baking sheet
4. Refrigerate 2-4 hours, or until fudge becomes solid
5. Enjoy mindfully, savoring each delicious bite!
TIP: Use right away if you need a chocolate sauce to top on fruit or spread onto plain homemade muffins or crepes. Make sure to keep refrigerated, otherwise they will become sticky and soft!
